Hello and welcome to L.Y.F.E LLC est. 2019. At L.Y.F.E LLC we understand how life can be challenging and we All need an outlet. Therefore, our primary goal is to create a safe environment that allows our clients to address issues that may be preventing them from living their life to its fullest potential. We meet our clients where they are and build positive rapport and great connections that helps move them closer to becoming a better version of themselves. We also focus on the challenging issues our clients are experiencing and together we set goals and interventions. The WHY our clients are seeking counseling is the WHAT tools we use to assist them.
L.Y.F.E LLC offers a judgement free and warm environment where we accept clients as they are. We have Psychotherapist who specializes in Self-Love, Self-Awareness, Domestic Violence, Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma with adults and teens. We enjoy assisting our clients with recognizing their potential. Knowing that all things start with self is so imperative! Learning to LYFE it up/ Love Yourself First Everyday is just the beginning of becoming a better version of yourself.
